• Where is my order?
Once registered, login to “My Account” to check the status of your current order or order history.   To track the delivery of your shipment, please go directly to the shipper's website.  We use primarily Fedex.com.
 
• Where do you ship?
ItalysOutlet.com offers global shipping. To learn more about the details of the Shipping Department, please click on the Shipping section within the Customer Care Center.
 
• How do I return an item?

Once an item is sold and shipped we consider the purchase to be final. However, there are circumstances which create the need to contact us about your purchase.  Detailed instructions are found on the order form, on the packing slip and on the website's Customer Care page.  Please follow the instructions and "Contact Us" by email within 48 hours of delivery.  We will respond with the steps you take to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). 

 
• How do I find an item on your site?
The site is categorized by Fashion Designers’ name or by Department. You can also locate specific items by searching the store. Search by entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper toolbar.
 
• How do I modify my order?
Orders are processed as soon as a customer hits the “send order” button. This means once an order is placed there’s no guarantee it can be changed. However, changes to unshipped orders are "sometimes" possible. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service. Please write to Customer Care.
 
• How do I register or sign-in?

It’s smart to become a registered ItalysOutlet.com shopper. Once registered, the system stores your address information to save time for future visits. To become a registered ItalysOutlet shopper, click on the “Personal Account Registration” link located on the top of each page. As a registered eFahsionHouse shopper, you have the ability to:

  • • Edit Your Personal Profile
  • • View Your Order History
  • • Change Your Login Password
  • • Edit Your Addressbook
  • And login or Logout of your account.

Once registered, login to your account by clicking on the “login” link also located on the top of every page.

 
• What if I can't remember my password?
If you want to login and can’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located on the login page. Enter the email address used to register the account, and click the submit button. The system remembers your password and sends it to the email address. You can login once you read the email and get the password.
 
• What if it looks like my credit card was charged twice?
When you shop online and go through check out you automatically authorize the amount of the order against your credit or debit card balance. The charge to your card is not actually made until we ship the order. It may appear as though there are two charges, but there's one authorization and one charge. If your statement arrives and there are in fact two charges, please contact Customer Care immediately with the error. However, the majority of authorizations clear themselves within a matter of a few days following the actual one-time charge made to your card when the order shipped.  For specific details about your card's banking policies, please call the toll free number on the back of your credit card.  We can't answer specific questions pertaining to each bank's guidelines regarding the clearing of an authorization made to your card.
